Our services assistant will install utilities or applications into their system according to customer needs. We only charge for installation fees and do not cover the license fees, hence customer have to purchase genuine license key for those professional application like adobe's products (available purchase from us), but we do install freeware application like open office and so on for no charge (we even download the software for customer).
